Gaspee acquired 50 Main Street, a historic building in East Greenwich, RI, built circa 1895. The previous owner left the property in disrepair. Gaspee worked closely with the Town Historic Commission to bring the property back to life. Gaspee leased the first floor to a local restaurant operator while the second floor was converted to modernized offices with historic character and charm.
